I am a peasant who has very few nice things. One pair of boots (presently), one pair of jeans, two pairs of trousers for work, three shirts, four dogs, an old car (with the back doors tied together with rope) an old house (but with some nice pieces of furniture).

Organised religion can provide a moral compass for some but iI don't think I need it. Too many nice things would take away the pleasure. I too have an old house, and used to always tun old cars, once my wife got pregnant and insisted on something newer and safer. Break out the nettle dyeds, though you might end up looking like catweasel.

Heard this one while standing in line at the grocery store. I said aloud, "Wow, REM! Haven't heard this in a coon's age." The little girl behind the cash register naturally had no clue what I was talking about and looked at me like a dog listening to bagpipes. Kids!
