Last night was double old fashioneds made with Knob Creek:

My first experience with this bourbon was straight and I didn't like it as much as some others, but it mixed into a terrific OF.

I have just picked up this book and I am going to try and sample all the whiskies in it:

101 whiskies to try before you die. Ian Buxton.

Should be fun to attempt!

I quite like it. It's sort of like a Spey I guess, but has it's own unique flavor profile. Definitely worth picking up a bottle to check it out.
