I have two right now I really like...
A Fossil retro-style digital watch with leather band. I get compliments on it all the time, and I love the look of it. I'll try to take a pic sometime and post it here. I've had it since 2006. Only problem with it is I've had to send it off 3 times to get the movement on it fixed (fixed under the 11 year warranty). If I didn't love the watch so much, I'd stop sending it in!
The second is my Casio F91W. Classic, durable watch.
It's also worth noting that I won't wear a watch that doesn't have the time, date, and day.
For every day use i have an Tissot Seastar, not super fancy or anything, black leather strap, silver housing and black dial, but still a nice watch. For special occasions (or when i feel like bond) i wear an Omega Seamaster, silver strap and housing with black dial.
I've been wearing a Wenger Swiss Raid Commando Chronograph Watch for a few years now. Nice watch...

It's the one I wear every day, and I have a couple other automatic watches not as expensive as this one, like a Tissot Le Locle, a Zodiac I-don't-remember-the-ref., and a russian Vostok (I wouldn't be surprised if it's made of recycled vodka bottle caps, I bought it like 20$ online, it's super lightweight, plastic glass..).
I love mechanical pocket watches. Right now all I have is a Charles-Hubert Paris. I am on the look our for a nice vintage one also.
Wow, you guys have some lovely watches. I only have the one watch right now, it's an all black fossil watch that I use when I'm working back stage in a theatre where non-black things tend to stand out. Other than back stage a use it only sporadicly and typically just use my phone.
I have a $250 Tissot PR50 I bought 9 years ago. It's water resistant so I never take it off. The most I like about it is the sapphire that doesn't get any scratches. It is so much better that the Seiko I had before it for about 10 years, I could not see anything on it anymore because of so many scratches.
I'm a big fan of the Tissots and have a few of them, but am a sucker for the way a nice tag link feels like on me...till the day comes and I'm gifted a Cartier
