Thanked: 284Here in LA county we about have a heart attack when we hear about people that live in places they can get CCWs but don't
I have friends that are in CCW friendly counties and I beg them to get theirs just so I can live through them! HahaI love living in the past...

I hold a Concealed Glock 23 to protect my family and my business. It's very reliable, accurate and packs 13 40 cal rounds.

Sort of On Topic.
This beauty was passed down to me this past weekend,
My grandfather carried it concealed in 1910. He was 3 years old,,,
yes we start young in the South.
I had a little time on my hands, so why not try to save her. (See what SRP has done to me.)
A Smtih & Wesson Cast Iron Cap Revolver. The grips slide open to carry some extra ammo (Caps).

While CCW isn't really a thing up here where I live and so my participation in such discussions is accordingly limited, when I saw this posted by the guys at Car Talk on their FB page, I immediately thought of this thread.
My question is this: if one were to throw a tarp over this, would it count as CCW?
Have a great week everyone!
It was in original condition, faded red, well-worn, but nice.
This was and still is my favorite combination; beautiful, original, and worn.

God, I love that picture!! It needs a sign though, perhaps something like, "tailgating not advised" or something of that sort. As for your question, I think a tarp would be OK because the gun isn't considered concealable. Where they would have a crap fit is probably transporting the powder for that. I mean, what's that burn per shot, a pound of black powder??
Silence is Golden, but duct tape is Silver.

I CCW a flashlight, realy good if it's dark
Not even the police here can have a gun on them, unless they are protecting the king or other vip's.

Thanked: 13247Just a little warning here gents,,, one more time..
This thread is about what and how you carry, not about your thoughts on why you might need to... as per the new rules posted about Gun Control discussion not being allowed on SRP at this time...
