    I will electro etch my mark after heat treatment The edge is probably 0.7mm. With this grind there's plenty of meat behind it so fingers crossed it won't crinckle....

    I like your mark Mike I think it will look great etched on your razor as it looks really nice on your strops, I'm assuming you are going to keep that design?

    Cheers Jamie. I'm planning on using the same mark I put on my knives for now. I'm not sure the size will be quite right though so will probably have to get another one made up at some point.

    It's quite hard to photograph the heat treating process as you need both hands!
