HEEEEEERE THEY COME
Here are some shots for you, we have vids of the cutting coming too (just gotta figure a way to get the files transferred... they are pretty big)
Here is a stack of razor blanks, including one shape that one of you requested for a partial tang razor I suppose
Here is a pice of the steel so you can see the layout. I could have packed them tighter, but I didn't want to take any risks with your stuff
More to come soon!
hope this makes the wait a little easier for you fellas
Dave

and here are some pics from the final batch... all the blanks are cut and will be on their way to their new homes as soon as I can get them shipped off.
Here are some pics of the layouts and the individual profiles
Here are a couple of profiles I made for a japanese style razor (ooh that's going to be a fun one to try to figure out!)
And now we come to this one... remember when I said I had a design that was pretty wild?? well, take a look and judge for yourself, but I have an idea for this one and I've already tested it... I think it's going to work.
Now some of you know that I used to be an active SCUBA instructor... Well, I call this design "The Mako"
oh forgot to add....from the prototype it is slightly different to strop, but it does work (a bit more like Livi's method)

That shark design is sick. I'd like to see it all finished and hear how it is in use. Really great job designing that- it would be a B*TCH to do by hand if you didn't have a laser or waterjet!
