Thanked: 5I am new to straight razor shaving . would love to get involved in building my own. I will take the time to read this entire thred as I just discovered it today and it perks my interest to say the least. I do understand the basic concept though. buy steel blank. cut out shape. shape to finished razor type, heat treat attach scales, shapen, shave . true ? also , anyone the new England area make there own. would be nice to visit or have access to someone close to me .
