Good call on the guns. I usually never would lend a gun, you know, just in case it ends up being used in a crime. I made an exception about a year ago to lend my Glock 21 to my father, my own father for Christ sake, who now swears I never let him borrow it.

Never again, with anything. I've lost faith in my fellow man's ability to be considerate.

That's another reason I love Texas. If I lent a gun and it was used in a crime. I would just say I sold it to the person I lent it to. Or gave it to them. Although the only time I have ever lent anyone a gun was at the gun range to let them shoot it. Then it is back to me.
I don't trust people to clean my guns anyway. I want it to be done right the first time, not have to go and fix someones mistakes.

Yeah. It was supposed to go to the range and come right back. I would have gone with it had I not been working.
