One week in...
I can't help but laugh my head off everytime I look in the mirror.
Bit slow on the "move" part, but planning a 5km run later today.

8 days in and I've managed 7 Move's
Total of 130km's cycled and 16km's run.
Will have to do a double sometime to catch up the Move I missed on Thursday.Tony

I think I have done about 6 move days, though one of them was technically work - was installing solar so carrying 30 ish kg panels across a roof as well as the actual installing.
