Good looking family Roy! Congrats on the retirement, and Enjoy!

Congrats on the retirement !!. One of my friends that I grew up with since I was 13 is a Doctor, he has an office in the same building as my Doctor, one day I met him in the hall way and we started talking about "stuff" one of the things he told me was that as soon as he could he was retiring! He's 54 same as me. I believe he said that there is so much paper work to do now it's just not worth it anymore.

Well it's been little over a month since I posted that I'd decided to hang it up after almost 37 years and it's still an adjustment.

While when I look on the mirror I still see the same old War Horse with the life lines on his face. However Sunday while attending my grandson's 8th birthday party my son in law commented how much better I looked since I retired.

I told him that when I was a young man it was said that Speed Kills but I'd found that as an older man that Stress Kills. He said that I must not be stressed anymore and I told him that I was still stressed but not nearly as much and it was much easier to handle.
