The carved bird is insane. You can't sell something like that nobody could ever pay what it was worth.

My Wife saw me looking at this thread and told me I should put some of my leatherwork in here too. Here are some holsters I made and carved. One of the ones with the Makarov is in use daily. I did the one for my .45 just for fun.

That looks like a fine piece of work, so you should be proud. A man can live on and be remembered in the things he makes. It will provoke memories of you to those you eventually leave behind.

I'm seeing alot of fine work here, just amazing. I'm proud of some of the custom jewellery that I make for some wealthy ladies every once in awhile. Also some of my artwork I've had in manys galleries around the world that I'm kind of proud that I've made.

Here is one example of a custom piece I made for a certain lady.

Unfortunately in todays society that is a rare skill. It is hard to get a decent cup of coffee anywhere anymore, people think that by putting the words gourmet and fresh ground in front of it that the coffee will be better.

And btw I love Turkish coffee, your signature reminds me every time.

I agree with you Navy Chief, but your handle brings your taste in coffee in question!
I remember long nights aboard the USS Tripoli having to drink coffee so thick you could stand a spoon in it ,and the coffee was always at least eight hours old! Funny thing though, I remember liking the coffee, so whats that say about my tastes?
