Great story, and beautiful razor.
I hope to visit him someday.Til shade is gone, til water is gone, Into the shadow with teeth bared, screaming defiance with the last breath.

Good write-up and pictures Johan! I took my family to see the Livi Cotelleri last year and he certainly is incredibly hospitable. And that's a great shaver you managed to pick up.
Hmmm, now you've made me want to go back!

Thanked: 15Being able to buy one of these razors must be a joy at any time, but your purchasing experience must surpass that which many here can ever hope to have.
Congrats and thanks for sharing.

What great trip. I know there's been a good reason to make a trip to
Florence this Summer! Now, I've found it.
Thanks

Indeed there is! Even more so if I tell you I found a great place in Pisa, Scarlatti (on Borgo Stretto, 18) that carries Floris, Truefitt & Hill, Penhaligion, Taylors of Old Bond Street and more... And the other half of the shop is Pipes and Tobacco! A must to visit if you go to Pisa!
Just a five minute walk from some silly tower that didn't even stand straight...
