Thanked: 0They're Here, and They're Beautiful!!!!!
Hi Guys,
The subject line says it all - They are Gorgeous!
They were held up by Customs for an extra 2 days but I now have them in my hands and have just now (Thursday, 8/10, 10:45 AM) opened the box and pulled out several randomly to look at - I think you guys will be very impressed.
I'll get a picture posted to the product listing on our web site, link below:
http://www.classicshaving.citymax.co...51/1203373.htm
a bit later today so you can see them for yourself. We'll get the first batch shipped (in order by number) tomorrow and hopefully have them all out by Tuesday or Wednesday next week.
Get ready, they're on the way!

Thanked: 328While we're at it.. Can anyone volunteer to take pictures for us? I'd like to have the banner be the SRP razor..
Pictures taken on a lite background, preferrably white.. Multiple angles..
Email 'em to [email protected]
Your razor could be the main site header..

Thanked: 0Hi Sam,
You'll know whether you got the special flame boxwood when you open your razor, just like at Christmas! (or Chanakha, Boxing Day, whatever.)

Thanked: 0Hi Again Guys,
I just got off the phone with David Loft of Thiers-Issard. He wanted to be sure that I expressed, on their behalf, how much he and all of the staff enjoyed their involvement in this project. The artists in the factory are very proud of what they have produced and from what I've seen they have every reason to be.
He has also asked me to pass on how proud Thiers-Issard is to have been selected as the supplier for this project and that they are especially pleased to know that the World's pre-emminent group of experienced straight razor users have chosen to so honor Thiers-Issard by selecting them.
Lots of extra effort was invested by everyone involved and it shows in the result. I have every belief that these razors will indeed appreciate in value as collector's items. If you feel the same way as I do when you receive your razor please take a moment to say so here on this thread which David will be following, so that he can hear it directly from you, the owners.

ummm, I am getting the fever now. I didn't order one up front, but I am thinking really hard about it now. (money thing, that's all.)
About how many are still available, Ray, if you know offhand?
Thanks,
showme

Thanked: 0Hi Showme,
I do have several in stock and available that are not yet spoken for. I also have one more shipment that will be coming a bit later this year. Once these are gone there will be no more. If you haven't yet ordered and want one before Christmas I'd suggest that you get your order in NOW!
