TI obviously focused on this production run, as mine, at least, are well put together; pins tight, scales aligned, blades centered. I can't wait to get home and put the SRP 60 - 100X microscope on the blade edges, but a quick thumbnail test showed nothing unusual!
These razors are special in multiple ways, both for the supplier, and for our august group, and for me, personally. I will lovingly hone-up and shave with # 30, and put # 29 away, as a much treasured razor!
Ray and crew, TI workers ALL, SRP members, this is just the BEST!!!
The first shave will deserve the best setting .... good scotch, good jazz, plenty of time, the best soaps and creams. Just shaved this morning, so I have a day or so to hone this one up, and grow the appropriate beard.
I AM SO PSYCHED!!!!
This was the best thing I have been involved with in many years!
Again, thank you, Ray! Thank you TI staff!!

Thanked: 1just got number 51 and 52 today, got to tell ya all, if you dont have at least one of these, you will kick yourself later when they are all gone ops: . i love them and will shave with one always, and save the other as backup/investor razor...these POPPED hair off the arm right out of the pack, looks like only a very light hone/strop will be needed....pins ok on both of mine, only thing on one, the Thiers-Issard imprint on the tang was not very good, infact the thiers part was not visable. but other one was fine. love the case they come with also...not sure where i am on the list, thought i was 49 and 50 but can not find my link to the list, where is it again? :?
