    Default SRP Club Razors Update

    Hi Guys,

I posted this yesterday in the Vendor's Corner and am re-posting it here in the hope that it will get more visibility. Please excuse the duplicate post.

Spoke to the factory yesterday and am told that the club razors will be shipped on Thursday this week, 07/28/05!

Allow a few days for transit and customs clearance and I should have them in my hands early next week. Shipping will take a little longer than usual as each one has to be opened and inspected to be sure each owner is getting the correct serial number based on the sequence in which oirders were received. We should have the first ones out in the mail by mid week, around 8/3, and hopefully all will be shipped by Friday, 8/5.

In answer to the recent inquiries, Yes, the club razors can still be ordered via the listing on the "Limited Edition Razors" page on our web site http://www.classicshaving.com

    Get those strops ready!

    Wonderfull News!

    Ray,

Please put a photo of one up on your website as soon as you get them! I'm sure we'd all love to see them as soon as we can.

    Good luck,

    Default SRP Razors ....

    **AWESOME*!!

Thanks for all your work, coordination, and help with this projet, Ray! You are the best! These razors will have grown in value the day they arrive, and will be highly sought-after by collectors. We need to remember that we should offer them up here to other members before ever putting them up blindly on ebay if we intend to ever sell them. But I doubt that anyone would ever part with theirs at this point!

I have two on the way ....one will become a shaver, the other a collectible.

Can't WAIT until they hit the door! YEE-HAA!

(Gonna lap the Norton tonight, in preparation!)

    Hi Guys,

I got a call from TI this morning. Here's the new info.

The freight forwarder picked up the razors on Friday as planned, unfortunately he couldn't get them on a plane to me as fast as he had hoped. They are now scheduled to fly on the 5th of Aug, landing in LA on the 6th which means I may not have them in my hands until Monday the 8th at the earliest. I should have them all out to you guys individually by the end of next week - SO.... look for them to begin arriving in your mailboxes by Monday the 15th or shortly thereafter based on transit time.

    The anticipation..... It's killing me!

    Thanks for the update Ray,
This is a big and time consuming job for you and I want you to know it is appreciated.
Having to check each razor for serial no. and mail to the correct owner must be a logistics nightmare!

    Thanks, Gramps
