I drove myself to the store, walked to the freezer, and picked up tub of Haagen Dasz one time. That was hard work.
No seriously though, I've used hand crank ice cream makers and electrics, and there really is no comparison to home made ice cream. Never lived on a dairy farm of any kind though.

Thanked: 0I think I will make that smoothie tommorrow that sounds pretty good. My wife makes one similar out of soy milk. Still haven't gotten on board with the soy milk thing I don't even drink regular milk bit maybe twice a year. Sounds weird but about the only thing I drink is ice water or green tea (Liptons or brewed and coffee)

otherwise I use a single banana and a cup of ice along with the strawberry and rest. the wife and children don't like the lemon so you may want to try it w/o first unless you really like the zest of the lemon like me.
