Castel33 provided just what I seek for my proposed project.

My intention is to give full credit of citation to members who provide LEGIBLE PICTURES OF ORIGINAL MANUFACTURER INFORMATION info re: their razors, hones and strops. I guess I should provide some guidelines for submissions:

    1. Photos should be legible.
    2. Please provide a picture of the razor, strop or hone itself along with any info you know about it (ex. when you acquired it, date of manufacture, blessings by shamans, was it ever used for a bris, etc.).
    3. Submit pics to me via PM or post here in this thread until I figure out how to create a new Wiki or Library page.
    4. Full citation of credit will appear for submitted pics. That is, under each photo will appear the caption "Submitted by ___."

I greatly appreciate all assistance in this project!

    Most respectfully,
    mapleleafalumnus

    Hey onimaru55:
"Houston we've had a problem." I've as yet been unable to create a new Wiki page or meld into an old one. Every time I try to log in it gives me an error message of sorts. Apparently, SRP's new software doesn't allow new members such as myself to access it for posting purposes. I've contacted Bruno about it and I'm still awaiting his reply. I realize he must be very busy -- after all, he is a volunteer. I just have to be patient.
What you just posted is EXACTLY and PRECISELY what I want to include in this endeavour of mine. THANK YOU!!! First beer's on me tonight, buddy!
