We could have separate drawings for razors and strops and then have another drawing for the leftover razors.

hmm...
I didn't read every post but it seemed there were a few hones too.
I don't have a suggestion, just raising a point.

Well, why not open a thread for the drawing and just have everyone say what they want and either put all the names in a hat or something and draw them and give them what they want until everything is gone? You could make it interesting and make them state in 25 words or less why they want what they want and then they could be picked based on need and or originality.
Depending on the demand you could also just limit each recipient to one item to make things go to the maximum number of people rather than say, make up complete shaving kits which probably wouldn't go very far.No matter how many men you kill you can't kill your successor-Emperor Nero

Thanked: 0Hi there. I am new to this site. I have always used a double edge but am interested in moving up to straights. I could use a new razor and strop if you have one. Thanks! This site is very nice.

Thanked: 4942I figured we'd simply list all the stuff we have in the drawing and then let folks draw for either razors, strops, kits or stones or however we work that out up front. Someone will keep track of the names and then provide the lists for the actual drawing. I'm gonna tally what we have in the next week or so and then get ready to rumble.......hahahahahaha.

Thanked: 4942Hi Guys,
Joel was nice enough to give me one of the B&B brush prototypes up for sale over there. The first time I used it the knot came out of the handle and Joel explained that the maker was trying out new glues and the real one that everyone ordered including me was gonna get a just wonderful brush. No problem, I glued it back in......lol. Well if this brush is any indication of the one on order including 20% more badger stuffed in, I can't wait as it really kicks up the suds and is a very cool brush. The one Joel gave me I decided to put into the give away. We'll see whether it goes with a set or stand alone, but someone will be getting a nice brush.

Thanked: 0Im new,
It sounds like a swell idea because starting out from disposable just seems so difficult. On top of the hardware there is the software like soaps, after shaves, that I have to collect.

Thanked: 4942I think there are a couple more razors coming in. I'll be listing the items to be given away in the next week or so. Then on to the drawing.
Thanks to all donators.
