Was I not supposed to call and tell the Highway patrol that you were coming and what time you would be here and what kind of vehicle you were driving and that you probably had their custom holsters with you too?????

For those that don't know the inside joke about the Hwy. Patrol.
I went to KC back in Feb of this year for 3 days of honing. On day Two I came out of the hotel to go to Rays house. Two Trooper cars were parked next door at Sarges Auto shop just waiting. I walked out to my truck and noted them as I was loading gear they pulled in behind my truck before I could pull out and wanted to know if I was Kevin. Well you can imagine the thoughts that went through my head. They knew my name and it was 7:30 AM. and I had been there less than 24 hours, I only knew 3 people It was 18 Degrees out and I am 900 Miles away from home. The bottom line was they wanted to talk custom gun leather and had Googled me from the graphics on my truck as well as run the plate. It took me some time to get the metallic taste out of my mouth and nerves to calm down, of course Ray and the guys all thought it was funny.
