I really enjoyed our get together yesterday in Pittsboro. It's always good when you have a good mix of new and old people, it keeps things in perspective. The best part perhaps is that we are all students and at the same time we are all teachers. I always learn something useful. Robert thanks for all the pictures. Great as always, especally the ones of the razors. I will send out the list of attendees and and those others that are interested in knowing about our get togethers in a day or so.

I tried every other honing system and couldn't do the job. I tried all three this morning and they all shave well. I even went back over an NOS western style Japanese straight last night with the coticule and finally go a great edge with that.

Lets try once more. I have found the joy of the wet shave, DE and straight razor. Need some help with the Straight razor from someone that has done it for a while. PM me if you are in or around Winston-Salem , Greensboro, High Point, Raliegh, Durham, Statesville NC area.
