Dave was a great family man, benefactor to veterans. He was smart and so very even. I admired that.
Awesome mentor, give-away guy, and friend to all on this forum.
Gonna be hard to replace and easy to miss.
Rest in Peace, Dave

A very loving, generous, and giving father, and friend to all he knew. You'll be missed, but always remembered. I'll see ya on the other side, my friend, and brother in blades.

Thanked: 3225On hearing this sad news my thoughts and prayers go out to Dave's family. Their loss is made even more difficult to deal with being so close to Christmas.
I never knew Dave but recognized that he contributed heavily to this forum and his contributions will be sorely missed. RIP Dave.

I always admired Dave because of his devotion to his young children. I enjoyed seeing their smiling faces on his posts of them, and he was such a proud papa. I'll miss Dave's participation on the forum, but my heart goes out to his young children.

Thanked: 1160While I only knew Dave as a forum member,I too feel a loss of a brother when it comes to this forum. May he be resting on a nice cloud up there away from all our earthly woes. Smooth shave always Dave.

He will be missed yet always remembered. I spent a good deal of time with him on the phone and I liked him. He was a good guy and father. I personally will mourn his passing
