Thanked: 375I only made mine partially wet ....both sides appear a little different when wet. Speckled grey with reddish orange mostly dark grey (I'm bad with colors) Any of you attaching the sticker? and if you are are you sealing it with something.

I thought about it Trimmy,,,there is a thread here that talks about the application of the sticker in different ways, will try to find it. I'm not sure I will apply mine though,,,I thought about a custom box & applying one of the stickers to it.
Then tonight I bought a small Pelican box for it & will have photos soon.

Here's the Pelican box I put it in for the time being. It fits like a glove, 8x3 stone with slurry. I put a little foam on the bottom & top. I will have a fancy wood box made someday.

Good judgment comes from experience, and experience....well that comes from poor judgment.

Thanked: 284Here's one I did with a shorter Zulu- the sticker seems to be ok but I think the trick was to put it in before I put the finish on the wood. Of course that all depends on how you're finishing it...
Forgive the poor picture.
