Thanked: 4827How they look is way less important than how well they work. As they say, pretty is what pretty does.

Thanked: 4827I love going to the pawn shops, and antique stores when I go to the mainland. My wife doesn't mind checking those spots out either. Cheap stuff sometimes. You'll have to get that disc cutting!

Thanked: 4827Wade had one earlier in the thread too. It does get to be a little driven by the hunt for sure. Just wait until you start hiking and traveling the backroads.

Thanked: 4827I do love that too. I go to the forestry service roads, when they punch them though they take me right to quite a few rock bluffs. When they get deactivated they make great hiking trails, so when ever I'm out rockhounding I'm also hunting and getting firewood, sometimes steelhead fishing. It's great!

So...i'm making slurry on the ZG with my BYR (back yard rock). Initial testing indicates a balanced edge.
