The stone came in but it's not what I was expecting. I should have communicated with Dave a lot better, I'm sure he had no clue what I was wanting.

It a nice stone, just not what I was looking for. Took a razor to it after doing some work to it and it's going to be a nice hone.

LOL, it is. Although it's not what I was wanting it's still a real nice stone. Not real sure but it seems a bit harder than my other black.

Sold that stone and now am in talks with Dans. We'll see

dans has two with the larger being 35 and about 6"x4". it looks pretty good. i know because i too had recently asked them about it. I think the smaller one was roughly 4x4 and 25 bucks. I think it will be more like what you will be looking for.

Yeah, at least the two the emailed me were. I e-mailed them shortly after oakeshott showed us his. If I wasn't saving up for a nice JNAT I would have boughten them both so lucky you.

These are the pictures they sent me. They said that the darker spots were rain drops when they were taking pictures. Oh and it was 25 for the bigger and 15 for the smaller plus 15 for shipping is what they quoted me.
