Yeah I think another reason why I held off on it is that I can only imagine who crappy it would be to break it in. I mean its not a flat bottom so unless your holding it in your hand its going to rock around when you take a chisel and put pressure on it. I know a lot of you guys use butchers knives but I have found those big wide floor chisels are nice and I can really bear down on it with some pressure. It seems to work faster that way.

Yeah, breaking in might be a pain but I'll find some kind of cradle to set it in.

three large ones in stock? I just emailed them yesterday and they didn't mention any large ones.

I called on Thursday and was told to call back. When I called today she had the rocks right there and she told me there was one large and two mediums. The medium was 7x3ish. That's still a nice sized slab.

Yeah I think I am going to go with the medium especially since I like to hold them in my hand. How big is the large.

The large was 8x4ish. She said it was more rectangle than the others, that's the main reason I picked it. Figured it might fit in my stone holder.
