To be clear, I went into this knowing that the typical delivery time is 3 or 4 months, and that his communication is not good, so I'm not trying to start a panic or anything. But a bounced email at someone's business address is a little disconcerting....

    Zulu Grey Hones
PSA - be advised - the Zulu Grey Hone seller has taken a good deal of money from an upstanding member of our community and after 6 months he has not delivered the goods. It appears that this seller is available when taking money but not available to deliver product, explain a 6 month delay, or make a refund. His established delivery time-frame is 3-4 months, the purchase in question was made last August. The seller has refused to respond to numerous emails from multiple sources across a fair amount of time.

Yeah, after a 3-month wait, I e-mailed him 5 days ago asking for an update, or my actual hone that I ordered 3 months ago. This is unacceptable. He certainly took our money immediately through his website-I have never been treated like this by any business, much less one in the shaving world.

I don't know anything about him other than his name is Michael Cramer. Does anyone have an address and or phone number they can PM those of us waiting on hones in this thread? I plan to receive either a hone, or my money back. I am just not someone who will tolerate being ripped off...

And Michael, if you're still around, feel free to send my hone, or at least an explanatory return e-mail as to its whereabouts. I'd love to be surprised by either one.

edit: I just posted this message in the contact form on his website as well. If anyone can reach him, please reach out and let him know that he needs to deal with this asap! I teach communication for a living-this is unacceptable. Sorry for getting riled up, but the lack of hones or any communication doesn't sound promising.

Have yet to receive mine as well. Since I placed the order end of November, it is a couple weeks until the end of the 4th month.

The issues with his email is concerning though...

I've seen on FB that a couple of people who paid through PayPal complained, and since PayPal couldn't reach him either, the customers were refunded.

But I must say, I would much prefer to receive the stone than to go through that whole complaint and refund procedure!

I just submitted a complaint form to PayPal. If they can issue me a refund, then good I suppose, though I too would rather receive the hone, especially since I have had such stellar results with the loaner!

Sure hope he responds and all is still well. I own one of the originals and Michael did respond back then.
Understand he’s been doing something with the WB razor name as well, but nothing there for a while either.
    Fingers crossed men.
