Those are some beauties Rich. That pink les lat was unbelievable. The pink side would turn the water black in no time. One of the things I love about coticules is the variation among them. Both in looks and in performance. Some of them, IME, are easy to hone with while others have to be played around with to figure them out. Either fun if you like that sort of thing, or a PITA if you don't. I also like the 5 & 6" stones for hand held honing when I do them that way.

Bayamontate, I bet that pink hone will be a fast cutter. Most with pink in them are IME.
