Wow, Oz, those sides shots are just jaw droppers. Ardennes should use those shots (with your permission) for their web site they're so good.

Bart, founder of coticule.be is the best person I can think of in telling you what layer your coticule is from. You will need to take pictures of the side of the stone where the two parts meet though for him to tell you.
How does it hone?
