How does it hone?

Well this is my first go at honing. I got a little 4/8 from Larry to practice on. After 45 minutes or so starting from a completely dull razor I'm able to cut arm hair. I stropped 60/60 and we'll see how it passes the shave test tomorrow. I'm not expecting miracles. I'm thinking of trying to hone something a little bigger like a 6/8. That little 4/8 felt pretty small. It feels like a slow cutter. My slurry barely ever turned grey and I was using a little pressure. I'll just keep playing around with it.
