And i just ordered that holder you showed me on amazon $27 with postage I'm set to go... in about 3 weeks when i final get it!

There could be something wrong with SRD's postage, that stone holder was from the US and i can get that whole thing for less then the cost of the postage of 1 single shavett sleeve.. i wonder if i should ask if the prices are correct? Maybe there is an issue with them..?

Congrats, nice to see HAD in action

The Shapton stone holder is really nice, but expensive indeed.

Interesting barber hone. I have never seen one like this, ever. Probably nobody knows what it is so nobody answers.

I guess you should be set up for the nex billion years with hones, now. Until you catch fire with some naturals and stuff...

Btw. do you have any practice blades to practice your sharpening?
Becaus elearning to sharpen can lead to undesirable shaves. I wouldn´t do that to my only shaving razor (unless, I recall you have a Shavette you can turn to anytime?)

I know everything about HAD, in addition to the Shaptons I have a 1K Chosera(must have bevel setter), two Coticules, a C12K (and a 8x3" C12K on the way), and a Ozuku Asagi J-Nat

Its very addictive! i'm enjoying myself... my girlfriend is getting cranky though hehe

I think i have both the HAD and RAD

The 8x3" C12K is the one i ordered and on the way too

I would really love some natural ones but they are so expensive!

The C12k is natural, but yes you still have ways to go in terms of HAD, there is coticules, Eschers, Jnats, CF and so on.
