They can be a lot to hone. With my 7-day sets, I like to set a bevel a day and then go back through and finish one a day. It takes 2 weeks but it allows me time to take notes, take breaks, and get really really nice edges.
What a curse be a dull razor; what a prideful comfort a sharp one

Sometimes, I wish I had some of the cool naturals you fellows have....Along with the knowledge to use them.
And then I wake-up! I had been dreaming again.. I really enjoy all the exotic hones!

Today's chore is a few nice blades. A Torrey Army with little wear, but has been banging around in a draw for ages.

I feel it prudent to run it on the green Naniwa a bit before enjoining an old reground Manhattan at the Naniwa 1k before moving on.

    How's about those scales?

You too, Tom? I’ve found my Jnat curiosity to be in remission now that I’ve got that SG20k.

    Good point, Tom.

Thanks for pointing out those crazy camoflauge scales that I missed in my haste to reply...or, because they disappeared on the big, green brick.

I only half joke at work that i would like our uniforms to be 8"x 10" off white rectangles.
