Thanked: 485Great, ta, so really, at the end of the day, I may as well just keep using the adapted stroke, really? I guess one thing's for sure, this razor is pushing me to learn more about honing and maybe use some more advanced techniques, and with the help of guys like you too, of course :-)

Thanked: 485Yeah, too true, I'm giving it another whirl this evening, just the 4/8 and 16, maybe a conservative pyramid, with a lot of attention on the water displacement at the edge of the blade...
