Since visiting Egypt i have taken to Middle Eastern/African cooking so much, completely adore it, ESPECIALLY their teas, the best tea i've ever tasted in this whole entire world was the Hibiscus flower dried and placed in boiling hot water with a hint of sugar cooked in a pan over a fire in the middle of the desert, absolutely stunning, best tasting tea ever, brought loads of it back with me but my ex-girlfriend has it all.
