You could always bake your own?
I was in Turkey last year, they love their tea there, little glasses of it like a shot glass. Really strong and really sweet.
I was in America years ago and couldn't get tea for love nor money. Not what we would call tea anyway. But I hear it's becoming quite trendy

Pot or tin cup either way suits me. I've been on the Rooibos of late. Not 'real' tea I know, but I like it. Going to have black tea for brekky though.

As there is no smiley I will give the serious answer:
Rooibos or red bush tea originated in Africa (south Africa I believe) it is a naturally caffine free tea. And a.reasonable alternative to black tea, it doesn't taste quite the same, but it's ok.
Bread and water can so easily become tea and toast
