Very nice work. Good glaze finish, looks a bit like abalone.

I was thinking about handles once you asked the question....I really just use the handle on my G20 to lift it down from the shelf it sits on in the bathroom. After that, I just kind of pin the scuttle against the wall with my left hand to the tile behind the sink while circling the brush with my right hand. Honestly the G20 is too large and I am becoming more reluctant to engage in the drama of filling the scuttle, draining, etc. But I think a thick walled single piece scuttle that I could palm in my left hand might be pretty cool, so to speak.

Hmm, that'd be interesting ... a palm sized one probably wouldn't hold much water but if heated might be ok
I'll speak to the missus about that

Or, to draw outside the lines, perhaps a heavy foot which could be grasped for lather whipping........foot resting in palm, fingers securing the scuttle.

Very nice, the only thing missing from the design for me is a spout big enough to accommodate the brush. Personally, the rounded, big spout, that allows me to soak the brush in the scuttle itself, is what I look for as I can soak the brush there while getting my shave ready....beautiful design though, looks great, can see the hot lather now!
