    Gentlemen,

What makes a good scuttle is not only the construction, but also the size of the water tank, the thickness of the walls, and a few other factors. Schwarzweisskeramik has all of these. Oh, also ridges on the bottom of the lather bowl. What's more, this is a really good looking scuttle. For one who bowl lathers these days, and loves warm lather, this scuttle is pure heaven. By the way, in the coming months I will do an interview with Onsgar for my Conversations with Obie.

Well now you won't have to buy another, there is none better, I wish it would have been my first, But then again I wish I would have learned to like scuttle usage. Tc

Got it in the mail today. Found a soap cup in the box too and I hadn't ordered it. Unwrapped everything and found a note inside with the scuttle saying that because of the little blue dot in the bottom of the scuttle, he thru in a soap cup and hopes that will make up for it. The dot is not a big deal. Its only one. But it was nice of him to throw in the soap cup for the dot. Going to give it a try in a few minutes. Just wanted to share what I got and to show a couple pics. And to thank you all for the help in figuring out which one to buy.

The dot is in the outer ring in the bottom. And the white is more of a cream color. Not that I care but if someone else was thinking of ordering the white, its not really white.

    Thanks all!
