Thanked: 4206Evening Gentlemen. As some of you know, I had my oldest move back in and she reclaimed the lower bathroom, formerly known as the shave cave.
So moving back up to the on suite meant keeping the razors in the bedroom to avoid the shower humidity.
Loved the idea of a machinist box so ordered the below from Amazon for around $80.
Has 8 drawers in total in different sizes. all green felt lined and very well built box and slides.
Bottom drawer for the British. Next one up for the German and Spanish hollow's.
Upper two right drawers for the American contingent. The left will be for the Swedes and Japanese.
Middle will hold soap overflow and there's still a drawer for other niceties as well.
Moved my brush carousel, scuttles and scents into the bathroom and need to convince the Missez to remove a shelf or two of hair products..
Strops are hanging on the wall by the door and I will be testing out the new digs in the am.
Happy with the new box, and happy my baby girl moved back home too.
Cheers men."Depression is just anger,, without the enthusiasm."

I like that box.
Is it very heavy? I need light stuff for easy and quick movement.
In the last pic one might think those shelf brackets are a little light for that much product. JMOLast edited by rolodave; 08-11-2015 at 09:32 AM.

Thanked: 4206TRINITY TWM-3501 Wood Toolbox, Brown - - Amazon.com
It ways just under 30 lbs empty Dave and is solid, but not heavy. I can still maneuver it fully loaded without worry and the drawers slide the same full or empty. Only thing missing is the ability to lock it, but a 1/4" drill bit through the lower hasp should fix that conundrum. If I really do decide to add a lock.
You are right about the white shelves, too light and to close to center those brackets are, found out the hard way, hehe. Taking it all down and making something solid and wood.
Cheers."Depression is just anger,, without the enthusiasm."

Well just made a new place to put my razors.....
Wish I could find a slightly larger hook to rest them on but for now this will have to do....

So I just drilled a small hole and used these little bracket things ....
I left enough room to lean them back slightly and it seems to work great so far ..

Thanked: 4206Looks good man.
Buy the heat shrink electrical splice insulation tubes and slip them over your hooks Guidry.
Then hit em with the hair dryer and they will shrink to fit and aid in grip and scale protection.
