    You don't have to get your head in all the way, just stick it in past the seat and flush that bad boy.

    Or you can buy one of those european toilets that shoots the water up - should save you some time, toilet paper and your back

    Very nice Gillette!! I've wanted a toggle for quite some time; but, man, they can get pricey!

    Default Quick Question

    Hi Everyone;
    I'll try to keep it brief. Has anyone experienced razors that have been left to sit for a while (3-6 months) that seem to have lost their edge? I'm back to my work assignment after having been teporarily assigned in another place...was on a two week vacation and recived a "Help" email from my boss asking for a "favor"...word to the wise...don't anwer those enails while on vacation...lol. Anyway...my two best straights (Dovo and Boker) seem to not shave as closely or as easily. I also had some in storage in a storage unit that I dipped in melted Vaseline to prevent rust. Shipped them out to myself as well. Those also seem to be "duller"...although I do admit that for the three months I was either diverted or on vacation, I couldn't use the str8's as I didn't have them with me. I suspect that the inability to get a good shave is one of two issues (or a combination of both)...either the blades did lose some of their edge and/or I lost some fine motor coordination with regards to shaving in the 3 months. I just honed and stropped my Dovo and Boker so we'll see what happens tomorrow morning and the next day. The certainly did have the hairs on my arm popping off easily so if I still can't get a shave, I'll chalk it up to a bit of loss in coordination. I was really just curious and wondering if anyone else has experience this situation?

    IF you look at those blades that sat with a jewlers loop you will see why you didnt get a good shave with them. Minor oxidation = minor pitting. Strop after shaving and Before shaving ! Just my 2 cents :-)
