While I posted elsewhere about the ribs that I served for my Easter Dinner I didn't post what they looked like straight out of the smoker so-----here's the inner side.
And the outer side with my homemade BBQ Sauce ready to be covered and slow cooked in the oven.
Many thanks to Dave for sharing his vast knowledge :Our house is as Neil left it- an Aladdin’s cave of 'stuff'.

This came today finally!
Going to need help lifting it into its frame though..
Hopefully my lad gets home before the hockey game ends tonight to help..

Thanked: 4206First go at ribs off the new ceramic Q
After 4.5 hrs @265
That’s three full racks halved.
Turned out pretty well but the temp wanted to keep creeping up to 300.
Need to learn the fine line between smolder and snuffed on my vents.
More fun ahead..

Great looking ribs and cooker there Mike
One suggestion my friend, not everyone knows this, but always keep your top vent wide open and adjust from your intake. This keeps "dirty" smoke from fouling your cook.
You'll get er tuned in pretty quick, I"m sure of thatLook sharp and smell nice for the ladies.~~~Benz

Thanked: 4206Good idea on the top vent Dave. Will try that on my next Q. Tomorrow, burgers..
Did notice it saved a lot of coal from the first cook when I shut everything down the other night. So it self extinguishes easily. To me that would mean the vent seals are tight..
Well built cooker.
