Thread: Here comes the lunch wagon

I saw there were both breakfast and dinner threads but I didn't see a lunch thread so I decided I'd start one.

Here's a good starter: New York style liverwurst and onion on rye with mayo and kosher dill spear.

I should have!

Could have omitted the onion, and just put ramps on it. You'd have the best of both worlds, and better fiber.

That's true. Except we don't get them wild down here.

Hey what's with the mayo, sacre bleu. You need some mustard and bacon on that baby.

Ooh that sounds good too. But in fairness mayo is traditional with a good number of people at least for liverwurst. Now if we were talking about a Cuban sandwich then mayo is sacrilege!

Carefull here guys we are entering into similar to the Sheffield, Soligen issue.

I've always used a good hot mustard, Keen's, with liverwurst.
