and tried some the other day: 1 drop of this sauce on a tortilla chip. It is VERY VERY hot. Surprisingly flavorful, though. It started off warm and smoky, with a delightful tingly warmth. It then proceeded to get hotter and hotter and hotter. Quite an experience.

    I also picked up this:

and have really enjoyed it. They are all very good, with complex flavors, my favorite is the After Death sauce, it has a great taste and is very yummy when put in a Prairie Fire. (tequila+hot sauce in a shot)
I LOVE Blair's. Death sauce is my favorite--the Afterdeath I find masks too many flavors to use as a food additive--the end hotness makes me miss the flavor of food by the end of a meal.

    Mmm....death sauce....

I use to do that same when I traveled. The hottest sauce I ever came across was in Dallas. You had to sign a release form first before tasting! It was a waiver to release the proprietors of any harm that may become you. It had one of those 6-figure heat ratings. Takes the paint off your car!

    Great picture!

I go through a bottle of Tabasco just about every week. I can't handle the super hot stuff.

Well - Smack My Ass and Call Me Sally (that's the name of a hot sauce) this is an old thread! My favorites are Sriracha (endearingly called co*k sauce by my co-workers) and Louisianna Hot Sauce. Yum

It's alright, it's just cause of the rooster on the bottle. That stuff is really popular up around here.

I'm not normally a hot sauce fan, but the other day a friend of mine introduced me to Captain Redbeard's Sharkbite Garlic Cayenne Hot Sauce. Really good stuff; more sweet than spicey. Unfortunately, the bottle was nearly empty, and now it's gone.

    Default Hot Sauces

I am a big fan of hot sauces myself, tried some Blair's, 100% pain, and different odd ball sauces.

I make my own types using hab's, ghost chili's, red Caribbean's, Thai super chili's, ect. Have a BBQ blend, smokehouse blend, glaze, and several standard blends. Make rubs too!
It's just corn syrup... Warm, blood flavored, corn syrup ...
