    Turkey Fillets, breaded and fried...fresh, soft bun, fresh lettuce and a garlic aioli. Crunchy and soft...awesome!

    BTW it was inspired by a lunch snack I had in Malta in October. A huge platter of slices of different kinds of melons wrapped in slices of different kinds of cured meats.
