    Delmonico steak cooked Med rare, then slice thin strips, swiss or provolone (aged stinky foot) baby bellas saultee until soft. Nice crusty bread or roll. Pile ingredients high then under the broiler for a few serve with au jus and horseradish sauce.

    OK, well if Ice Cream don't make it, I like Roast Pork with Broccoli Rabe and sharp provolone.The provolone has to be very sharp or I also like use a very sharp Romano.

    Wheat bread (white if no wheat),
    Spicy Mustard (mustard if no dijon),
    one of the following:

    Ham (preferably cooked over the stove),
    Chicken Breast,
    Spam,
    Tuna.
