Well I let it seep about 3-4 minutes... I must say that it has taken on a new and interesting flavor... Almost a Woodsy/Leathery Flavor & Aroma... I like it!Life is really simple, but we insist on making it complicated...

Thanked: 1160FOR THE BRIT TEA LOVERS......So just a little update on my favorite Black tea blends. Barry's Gold Blend(irish,Cork),Yorkshire Gold(English,Yorkshire) Lyon's(irish,Dublin)PG Tips (English,London) Currently enjoying Barry's. I rate these blended teas about equal in quality. all are sustainability oriented and offer breakfast blends, regular and gold blends and green and decaf blend. Excellent everyday cuppas for anytime. Most offer a loose leaf tea as well as 40,80 and 100 bag increments. Cheers !...

This is only my second cup of this tea ('Shanghai Fairytale'). This evening I made it a little stronger (more tea, same steeping period) and I liked it better. I wouldn't mind making my own mixes. I have a hedge of 'Bonica' roses that produce the most amazing orange hips.
I know it's not really tea, but has anyone here made their own rosehip tea? I have an electric food dehydrator that might come in handy...

Thanked: 298In fact, the "brewing" time, but everyone should experiment. I think.
