    well had a good day so far, went to the Asian market and the middle eastern markets in harrisonburg today and found two things i wad looking for and then stopped at my local tea lady and she surprised me with a gift of her remaining lapsang souchong, seeing how im the only one she knows that likes it. happy dance was done once i got home.

    There was some, "ick" going around these here parts last week. My son got it, I got it, and many people in town got it. All the joys of a good flu bug, but, only about 36 hours worth. The time was pretty rough, many offerings to the porcelain god.

    Godspeed to your recovery. Gatorade, and chicken soup with a spoon of vinegar added, you'll be OK.

    By the way, when I was a child, my mother used to prepare me a cup of hot tea the days I was not feeling well.
