    Thank you Bela.
I buy this blend the last 7-8 years. Unfortunately “Les palais des thes” closed a few months ago here in Athens and this was my last cup.
The next time I will have to buy it from an online shop.

    It is called “Autumn Sonata”

Blended black tea with hazelnut and vanilla.
It has a warm and sweet taste. Very friendly to most people.

I just tried some Lap sang sou shoung. Not quite my cup of tea. It's like drinking a cup of smoke instead of drinking a cup of tea. I won't be buying this again.

Today I received my first Pu Erh cake ordered from China.
I am really excited and have no idea about the brewing times. Any advice is welcome

Take away a bit from cake. ....brewing time (100 º) is cca 10-30 sec. (The first is not good yet!)

    Default Cold Fall Day

Well it's a cold windy fall day in Iowa... I've been trying to get out of the wind all day at work... Now it's time for a cup of Earl Grey... I won't say what kind of cup I'm drinking it out of...
