Default Morning & Afternoon Tea; 2007 Menghai Yunhai Puerh

Well I figured that if I was going to have this in the morning, I might as well have it in the afternoon too...

The best two flavors that go together... Earth & Leather...

Default A Gift from a Friend

Well as promised, a box showed up at my door via UPS... And inside was a great bottle of 2lbs of Honey from California... Thanks DonV...!

So to give this honey a try...:

    Tea: SWAN Black Tea...

The honey is "hardy" in flavor... Not a light sweet taste...

I'm glad you like it! It's from Star Thistle, if you don't have it out your way, consider yourself lucky!! Too many times I had to walk through that stuff to go hunting, terrible plant. Bees love it though, and I think it's better than clover honey any day. It's like after you enjoy a good, heavier beer, all the rest seem to lack something. With all the pictures you've posted of your mid-day breakfasts, I thought it was a good fit.

take care, enjoy the upcoming weekend, donv

Now you're making me think! I think I am going to try a nice dark honey cider next time I make a batch.... sounds like it could be interesting
