    Thanks Bela!

Mick, Pu-erh is an add flavour, isn't it? I think you should keep the fact that you added milk a secret, I think it's punishable by death...

My wife and daughter are going on a trip with the family to a temple in a near by provine today. I will be staying home to fix the sink and some other odd jobs.

It just so happens that I have a sample pack of some Four Seasons Oolong. I'm looking forward to some tea drinking today. I will try to remember to take some photos for you all.

    Cheers,
    Nathan

    Default Tea & Lunch

    Here's another one for Steph...

    Tea: A Simple Green Tea

Lunch: Wheat Crackers, Smoked Swiss & Cheddar Cheese, Smoked Oysters & Lightly Salted Almonds...

The Oysters aren't nearly as tasty as Kippers...

I've been wanting to smoke some cheese, just need to get off my lazy butt and try it. They had some octopus at the store the other day, didn't get it, figured I'd get it the next day. Well, they were gone. Another thing I want to smoke. BUT, I do have an Abalone in the freezer, I've never heard of anyone smoking one, but by golly, I'll give it a try!! I'll take some pictures when I do. Have a great Sunday ya'll.

You can keep the 8 legged creature... I had it once, enough for me... ... You wanna talk about something that tasted like a "S*#T House door on a tuna boat"...

The Abalone should so fine... Just a shell fish... Do you ever pickle it?
