Thanked: 983Vanilla slice would go well with a cup of tea. I don't eat it much myself, but it is really nice stuff. Basically it is about an inch thick layer of vanilla custard between sheets of puff pastry and the makers choice of icing on top. Some people just dust with icing suger on top, but a proper icing using lemon or passionfruit flavours/fruit is much nicer.

I think, from what I've seen and how I've heard it described, I'll really like the Pu-Erh. I ordered some on the tenth of this month, and have been going nuts waiting. It was some Bela suggested. If I close my eyes, I can imagine a beat up Chinese Junk tying off on Pier 12 in San Francisco right now, unloading my little chunk of tea!! CANT WAIT!!
