Well I haven't been on much lately, and probably won't be on much until after the new year! It has been quite hectic here at the moment, today the house got all packed up, so we are officially homeless until 3rd Jan.

Been very long days, so tonight I'm sitting down with a good ol' bushells brewed from a bag

I'll be living the high life like this till the tea gets unpacked at the other end!

You having to live on base for now? Or are you just doing the spartan lifestyle with the minimalist in possessions?

Nah , it's the RAAF remember! They offered us a hotel for the few weeks. But we have a Doberman, and so she doesn't have to be in a kennel all that time, we opted to live at the in-law's place. Bonus is they are over in the USA at the moment on a holiday, so we have the place to ourselves. bargain!

We will be leaving QLD on new years night, and getting to ACT on the 2nd, where we have a hotel for the night before our stuff gets delivered the next day. Then back into work on the 7th.

Hey Mick, you don't need a ride on for the farm do ya??????

Thanks, but already have one...Several if you count the tractor and slasher and Quad bike in with the 'Ranch Boss' ride on . Actually I'm a bit peeved. I was meant to be going back in the morning, but I opted out due to the large numbers of family out there visiting at the moment. I go for the solitude and the physical stuff that leaves you feeling satisfyingly worn out at the end of the day. If I went out now I would get nothing done, be surrounded by yahoo's and more than likely just have a hang-over in the mornings. Not my idea of a good time. They could have held off for a week, the b@st@rds!

Well it's late here for me now, and I will be off to bed shortly. I did want to mention though, that all you afficiondo's of tea have ruined me now. I no longer think very highly of my 'Billy' tea. I even contacted them to tell them that it was nought but swill...That (shock and horror) there are far better teas out there, that offer precisely what their brand does, but does it in a much better way. I even told them they would have to let me know when they have picked up their game so that I would then come back and give them another whirl...Folks, this is serious...See, I even have my serious face on..Oh hang on, of course you can't see, this is cyberspace afterall. Well trust me on this. I have my serious face on, and now I have to find a replacement that holds a similar degree of esteem in this great Southern Land, but with the quality to much. I think I will be left in the dust and the flies of a passing Ute, with nought but an empty tin cup and a parched throat ...We could do so much better.

Mick... If you enjoy your "swill" drink it... Nothing says it has to be expensive... If you have any questions, please read the "Pipe of the Day" thread...

I must say, I have some "swill" in my cupboard... I just don't mention them I also drink them from a soup can
